Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Alo Tutanak mobile app and website (the “Services”) provided by Alotutanak Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi. By using the Services you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

Alo Tutanak, in the event of a traffic accident:

  • Provides 24/7 expert call center support
  • Coordinates the collection of photos, video and location data through the mobile app
  • Helps prepare the traffic accident report digitally
  • Forwards the prepared report to the relevant insurance processes

2. Pricing

Downloading the Alo Tutanak mobile app and using the expert call center support is completely free. Standard mobile operator call and data charges may apply.

3. Membership

  • Users under 18 may not use the service
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
  • You are responsible for the security of your account

4. Usage Rules

By using the Service you agree:

  • To use it only for lawful purposes
  • Not to provide false or misleading information
  • Not to attempt to file a fraudulent report
  • Not to misuse or disrupt the system

5. Limitation of Liability

Alo Tutanak:

  • Provides expert support during the report process; approval of the insurance claim is at the discretion of the relevant insurance company
  • Is not responsible for force majeure events or operator-related outages
  • Provides the service “as is”; no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given

6. Intellectual Property

The Alo Tutanak brand, logo, mobile application and content are owned by Alotutanak Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Hizmetleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. and may not be used without permission.

7. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in line with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and our KVKK notice.

8. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time
  • We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use. Significant changes will be announced through the app and website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Istanbul (Anatolian side).
