Does the other driver need the app too?
No. The process can run from your phone; the other driver's documents and digital signature are collected together.
Can I use it if someone is injured?
No. If anyone is injured, the report cannot be completed through the app; call 112 immediately and wait for the police/gendarmerie report. If possible, do not move the vehicles so the original positions remain available as evidence.
