What is an online accident report?
An online accident report is a digital flow that lets you start the accident process from your phone, without leaving the scene. You open the mobile app, take photos of the vehicles and the damage, upload your driving licence, registration and policy details, and submit your statement within minutes. No paper forms, no need to carry a printed report with you.
Here is what matters: even though the process begins digitally, the document produced is not an ordinary form. The report is drawn up by an SBM-registered insurance adjuster under Article 22/17 of Law 5684 (the Insurance Act) and includes the adjuster’s fault opinion and a sketch of the scene. It combines the convenience of a mobile experience with the legal weight of an adjuster-signed official report.
How it works from your phone
Unlike the simple mutual report drivers fill out themselves, in an online report the fault assessment is made by the adjuster, not by you. Your only responsibility is to document the scene accurately; the expert team and the adjuster take over from there.

Why start online?
The moment of an accident is stressful and confusing; filling out a paper form correctly and leaving no field blank is often difficult. The online flow shows you step by step which photo to take and which document to upload, so you collect the frames and details that are critical for the claim file without missing any. Because the information is submitted digitally, the process moves faster on the adjuster’s side.
All of this is free for the user. The adjuster fee is covered by the traffic insurance; you pay nothing out of pocket. Use it only for material-damage accidents with no injuries — if anyone is injured, call 112 first.
