This notice is provided in our capacity as Data Controller under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).

Categories of Personal Data Processed

  • Identity: first name, surname, national ID (where required)
  • Contact: phone, email, address
  • Customer transactions: vehicle, insurance and report data
  • Audio-visual: photos, video and audio recordings from the accident scene, call center recordings
  • Location: GPS coordinates, accident site
  • Transaction security: IP address, logs

Purposes of Processing

  • Producing the traffic accident report and managing insurance processes
  • Providing 24/7 expert call center support
  • Maintaining, improving and securing our services
  • Handling customer requests and complaints
  • Meeting legal obligations
  • Marketing and information communications, where you have given explicit consent

Transfers

Your data may be shared with:

  • Insurance companies and their agents
  • Tow / roadside assistance providers (on request)
  • Our cloud infrastructure providers
  • Authorized public bodies

Data is collected via the mobile app, the website, the call center and email. Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2 (formation/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest) and Art. 5/1 (explicit consent).

Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11

As a data subject you have the right to:

  1. Know whether your personal data is processed
  2. Request information about it if processed
  3. Learn the purpose and whether the data is being used for that purpose
  4. Know the third parties (in Türkiye or abroad) to whom data has been transferred
  5. Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
  6. Request deletion / destruction when conditions are met
  7. Request notification of those changes to the third parties to whom data was transferred
  8. Object to outcomes resulting from automated analysis
  9. Request compensation for losses resulting from unlawful processing
