Alotutanak Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi, as data controller, fulfils its obligation to inform data subjects regarding the processing of their personal data for the purposes set out below. This notice is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

By using this programme, personal data you share — including the parties’ insurance policy information, email address, driver’s licence, vehicle registration, identity-card copy, health information related to the accident, vehicle information, vehicle accident details, audio-visual records such as photos and videos of the accident, the user’s phone number, audio data obtained when the call centre is called — may be processed by Alotutanak Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi as data controller. If a copy of an identity document or driver’s licence is sent to us for the performance of the contract via the Alo Tutanak app, the religion and blood-group fields are destroyed in the first periodic destruction cycle.

Within this scope, personal data of the parties to the accident is processed for the purposes of carrying out activities in accordance with legislation, performing communication activities, performing after-sales support services, performing sales processes, performing production and operation processes, performing contract processes, providing information to authorised persons, institutions and bodies, information-security processes, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.

- b) Where necessary for the formation or performance of a contract directly relating to the parties to the contract
- c) Where mandatory for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation
- d) Where it has been made public by the data subject themselves

Personal data you share may be transferred to authorised public institutions and bodies where we are under a statutory disclosure obligation, and to our business partners as required for the performance of the contract. For the measurement of visitor behaviour and advertising performance on the website, limited data may be transferred to analytics/advertising service providers such as Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., only with your explicit cookie consent; details are explained on the Privacy & Cookie Policy page.

Your Rights under KVKK Art. 11
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Know whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about it if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is being used for that purpose
- Know the parties (in Türkiye or abroad) to whom data has been transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
- Request deletion or destruction when conditions are met
- Request notification of such changes to third parties to whom data was transferred
- Object to outcomes resulting from automated analysis
- Request compensation for losses caused by unlawful processing
