Explicit Consent Declaration

Under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, I have been informed via the KVKK Notice about the purposes for which my personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes the processed personal data may be transferred, the method and legal basis for collecting personal data, and my other rights listed in Article 11.

In this context, I give my explicit and informed consent to the processing — in accordance with the principle of being connected to, limited to and proportionate with the purposes for which they are processed — by Alotutanak Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Hizmetleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi of my special categories of personal data, namely the religion field and blood group appearing on my identity card and driver’s licence, and my health data relating to the accident.

Consent and Withdrawal

• Your explicit consent is collected through the consent form presented to you while using the application or requesting a service.
• You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time. Withdrawal requests can be sent in writing to info@alotutanak.com.tr.
• Once explicit consent is withdrawn, the relevant data-processing activities are halted with effect from the date of withdrawal. If the withdrawn special categories of data are critical to the provision of the service, the related services may no longer be available.
