Alo Tutanak began operations in 2016 under the leadership of Berrak Çüles, after our founders — with 30 years of experience in the insurance sector — had first-hand experienced the shortcomings in the system and wanted to prevent and solve them.

We aim to stay in touch with our customers from the very start of the process to the end, and to ensure that they leave our company satisfied.

Alo Tutanak is a mobile app that replaces the accident reports kept on paper — which are often filled in incompletely or incorrectly — eliminates the stress users feel at the moment of the accident through a call-centre service, and manages the entire process from start to finish with expert teams.
